Never leave a baby unattended with any footwear or accessory. By purchasing from MINI MARCHERS, you agree that we are not liable for any injury, harm, or misuse related to our products.
5. Returns and Refunds Policy
We take great care in crafting your personalised products and want you to be completely happy with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, the following policies apply:
Change of Mind
As our items are handmade and personalised to order, we do not offer refunds or accept returns for change-of-mind purchases. This includes orders where the personalisation details (such as names or messages) were entered incorrectly by the customer.
Final Approval
Please ensure all personalisation details entered at the time of purchase are correct. By confirming your order, you acknowledge that the information provided is accurate and final. MINI MARCHERS is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, faulty, or not as ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will happily provide a repair, replacement, or refund in line with your rights under Australian Consumer Law. To begin the process, please email us at support@minimarchers.com.au with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs.
6. General
5.1 Subject to the ACL, these Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and MINI MARCHERS.
5.2 Both parties warrant that they have the authority and capacity to enter into these Terms.
5.3 Our obligations are suspended during events outside our reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, service outages).
5.4 If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be severed, and the remaining Terms will remain in effect.
5.5 A waiver of any right or provision must be in writing. Failure to enforce a right does not waive the right to enforce it later.
5.6 You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign or transfer our rights or obligations at any time with notice to you.
5.7 These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
