We take great care in crafting your personalised products and want you to be completely happy with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, the following policies apply:
Change of Mind
As our items are handmade and personalised to order, we do not offer refunds or accept returns for change-of-mind purchases. This includes orders where the personalisation details (such as names or messages) were entered incorrectly by the customer.
Final Approval
Please ensure all personalisation details entered at the time of purchase are correct. By confirming your order, you acknowledge that the information provided is accurate and final. MINI MARCHERS is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, faulty, or not as ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will happily provide a repair, replacement, or refund in line with your rights under Australian Consumer Law. To begin the process, please email us at support@minimarchers.com.au with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs.
